Miami's first boutique organic grocer and café, open at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive on the ground floor of Panorama Tower in Brickell. Founded by three Miami locals — Charles Amine, Harry Miller, and Sebastian Lezcano — the 4,720-square-foot space is built around a strict ingredient-first standard: no GMOs, no seed oils, and no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. The flagship features Miami's first organic, seed-oil-free hot bar with grass-fed steak, wild-caught salmon, and pasture-raised chicken, alongside a full café serving smoothies, matcha, cold-pressed juices, and pastries from local bakeries. Operations run on the Vori grocery-management platform, built to support a multi-location rollout, with additional South Florida locations already in development.
