On 125 oceanfront acres on Gulf Shore Boulevard in Naples, the Athens Group's redevelopment of the legendary 1946 Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club delivers Four Seasons' only Gulf Coast resort. Master-planned and designed by Hart Howerton with interiors by Champalimaud, the property reinterprets Naples' historic cottage vernacular at hotel scale — shellcrete walls, cypress and pecky-cypress millwork, white-glazed terra cotta and a hand-painted royal palm mural in the lobby. The program includes 220 hotel rooms and suites with 1,000 feet of private beach, 153 luxury residences across three new beachside buildings and five golfside buildings, eight restaurants and bars, two pools, a 27,000-sq-ft Spa & Wellness center, family programming and a re-designed 100-acre Tom Fazio championship golf course (The Gardens) opening 2026. Hotel debuted late 2025; further openings throughout 2026.
