Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences is a 49-story luxury condominium tower bringing 338 residences to the edge of Miami's Design District, within walkable reach of Wynwood, Midtown, and the neighborhood's anchor cultural institutions. Architecture by Arquitectonica with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and landscape by CLAD shape a building immersed in tropical foliage, anchored by a private second-level porte-cochère and a ground floor housing Jean-Georges' inaugural abc kitchens in Miami. Two Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten extends his culinary mastery across the building: residence kitchens are designed in his image, a residents-only indoor/outdoor restaurant anchors the pool deck on Level 8, and curated in-residence dining, catering menus, and pantry stocking carry the programming into private homes. Residences span Levels 9–47 with 10- to 11-foot floor-to-ceiling glass, private and semi-private elevator vestibules, and spacious balconies framing 180-degree views of Biscayne Bay, the Design District, and Downtown. The Penthouse Collection occupies Level 48, followed by a Rooftop Skydeck on Level 49 with pool, sky bar, archive library, and private dining room. Amenities also include a coworking floor with podcast studio and art gallery (Level 5), an indoor/outdoor fitness and spa floor with squash court and healing garden (Level 7), and resort-style pool deck with outdoor theater, golf simulator, and kids' programming (Level 8). Florida Green Building Coalition–aligned design. Developed by Terra and Lion, with exclusive sales by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
