Amanvari
Los Cabos • Resort
Amanvari is Aman's first resort in Mexico, opening August 1, 2026 on the East Cape of Baja California within the 1,500-acre Costa Palmas estate near Los Cabos. The intimate 18-key resort — comprising standalone casitas, some with cantilevered private pools — sits at the meeting point of three landscapes: beachfront, desert, and estuary, with views of the Sea of Cortés and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains. Designed by Heah & Co. with Elastic Architects, the resort is built from white concrete, natural stone, and tropical hardwoods in a sand-hued palette. A beachfront main pavilion houses three restaurants — including Aman's Italian concept Arva and Japanese concept Sesui/Nama — plus a library, lounge, and infinity pool encircled by four jacuzzis. The Aman Spa features a modern temazcal, signature Spa Houses, and an open-air yoga pavilion. A collection of 24 Aman Residences is offered for sale, some overlooking the Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course. Costa Palmas amenities include three miles of swimmable beach, a yacht club, and a deep-water marina. Amanvari becomes Aman's sixth property in the Americas and Caribbean.
