On a tight Fifth Avenue parcel between 43rd and 44th Streets, Rabina's 520 Fifth Avenue rises 88 storeys / 1,002 feet (305 m) — the seventh-tallest Manhattan tower at completion. KPF's design wraps the 415,000-sq-ft tower in a spiraling masonry envelope of arched windows that step in cascading setbacks toward a ribbed copper crown. The program stacks 25 boutique-office floors and ground-floor retail beneath 100 condominium residences and amenities by Charles & Co. and AvroKO including the new Moss Club — a private members lounge spanning the two cellar levels and the first three floors above grade. Façade nearing completion late 2025; closings tracking 2026.
