Miami voters have given the green light for the development of Riverside Wharf, a $185 million hospitality-driven entertainment complex on the Miami River.

The project will include:

🌴 165-key Dream Miami luxury hotel

🌴 30,000-square-foot nightclub

🌴 Rooftop day club

🌴 12,000-square-foot event hall

🌴 16,000 square feet of restaurants, including a pop-up Garcia's Fish Market.

The development is expected to become the defining development for Miami's downtown core as an all-encompassing destination for entertainment, dining, and hotel accommodations. The project will break ground in the second quarter of 2023 and will add 50 years to the lease on the city-owned property. Expected 2025 completion.
