Pagani Residences, the world's first residential project from legendary hypercar designer Horacio Pagani, has officially broken ground on Harbor Island, with three Pagani Hypercars on display at the ceremony, underscoring the precision and craftsmanship that inspire the project.

Developed by Riviera Horizons in collaboration with Horacio Pagani and Pagani Arte, the 30-story boutique tower will deliver 70 all-corner residences — every home positioned to maximize natural light, privacy, and panoramic Biscayne Bay and Atlantic Ocean views. Floor plans range from two- to four-bedroom layouts and are capped by two grand two-story penthouses with private rooftop pools, hot tubs, and summer kitchens. Residences start at $3.9 million, with sales and marketing led by Fortune Development Sales.

"This milestone reflects a more thoughtful and enduring approach to luxury, one rooted in design integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term value," said Mikael Hamaoui, founder and CEO of Riviera Horizons. "Today's buyers are increasingly discerning, seeking projects with a distinct point of view and an authentic sense of authorship. Pagani Residences introduces a new level of precision and intentionality to waterfront living in Miami, while also contributing to the continued evolution of North Bay Village as one of the city's most compelling residential destinations."

The design partnership is what separates Pagani Residences from any other branded residence in Miami. Exteriors come from Revuelta Architecture, the renowned Miami firm behind some of the city's most prominent residential towers, while Interiors are designed by A++ and curated by Pagani Arte — the newly established Made in Italy interior design division born from Pagani Automobili, with Horacio Pagani personally involved across every aspect of the design process. Signature materials and finishes from the Pagani Hypercar universe — carbon fiber, hand-finished metalwork, aluminum, titanium, supple leathers, master-crafted textiles, wood, and marble — are reinterpreted through a refined residential lens. Pagani Arte has also created an exclusive bespoke furniture collection specifically for the residences, transforming each home into a fully immersive expression of the Pagani universe.

"For me, design has always been about creating emotion," said Horacio Pagani. "Pagani Residences brings the spirit of our Hypercars into everyday living through craftsmanship, beauty, and a thorough attention to detail. Every material, every texture, and every space were considered with the same care we dedicate to each Pagani Hypercar."

The amenity program runs deep. Residents will enjoy a rooftop pool with panoramic 360-degree views, a 29th-floor wellness level inspired by the Italian Dolomites, a private marina, a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk along Biscayne Bay, and exclusive resident access to a yacht club and beach club. The full lifestyle program also includes a 24-hour concierge, waterfront lobby, valet parking, porte-cochère, and private ensuite elevators for every residence. Most distinctively, the building introduces Auto Privata — an automotive concierge program powered by Prestige Imports offering white-glove vehicle storage, maintenance, and transportation services tailored to collectors and enthusiasts — making Pagani Residences arguably the first true collector-focused branded residence in the country.

The groundbreaking ceremony was a who's-who of the project's leadership. Hamaoui was joined by Horacio Pagani, Edgardo Defortuna (president and CEO of Fortune International Group), Brenda Basso (CEO of Pagani Arte), Nicola Volpi (chairman of Pagani Automobili), Christopher Pagani (marketing director of Pagani Automobili), and Brett David (CEO of Prestige Imports and Pagani of Miami), alongside North Bay Village Mayor Rachel Streitfeld. The collaborative roster reflects how deeply personal the project is — the first time Horacio Pagani has translated his design philosophy into residential architecture anywhere in the world.

Pagani Residences arrives at a pivotal moment for North Bay Village, the small Harbor Island community quietly emerging as one of Miami's most coveted boutique waterfront destinations. The neighborhood has been attracting design-driven developers in recent years for its proximity to Miami's urban core, combined with a more private, low-density waterfront character.
