CARBONE VINO is bringing one of France’s most storied wine estates to Coconut Grove for a one-night-only Rhône Valley tasting experience.

On April 15, the restaurant will partner with Château La Nerthe—a cornerstone of Châteauneuf-du-Pape—for a guided tasting and four-course prix-fixe dinner built around the region’s most celebrated wines.

The evening begins with a Champagne reception and passed bites, before moving into a curated progression featuring standout pours like the 2022 Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc and 2015 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge, each paired with CARBONE VINO’s signature dishes.

The menu moves from Radicchio & Gorgonzola and Baby Eggplant Scapece into Pumpkin Agnolotti and Mario’s Meatballs, followed by a main course of Pork Chop & Peppers and Ribeye Tagliata with Potatoes Louie and Garlic Broccolini, before closing with a cheese course and a surprise finale from the Château.
