Lake Park has officially landed one of Palm Beach County's most ambitious new mixed-use waterfront developments. Forest Development and co-developer Royal Palm Companies have officially celebrated the grand opening of Nautilus 220, a 1.15-million-square-foot waterfront destination on the Lake Park Harbor Marina — and now the largest condo-anchored mixed-use project in Palm Beach County.

Located at 220 Lake Shore Drive, Nautilus 220 brings together 330 residences across two 24-story towers, two restaurants, retail, office suites, sales offices for Oculus Realty, and Park Ave Cafe Coffee Counter & General Store, slated to open this fall. The development sits directly on the Intracoastal Waterway, with panoramic views of the marina, the Intracoastal, and the Atlantic Ocean.

"This marks more than a grand opening, but the beginning of a new chapter for Lake Park and the neighboring North Palm Beach area," said Peter Baytarian, Founder and Managing Partner of Forest Development. "We're proud to introduce a world-class destination that elevates daily life, strengthens the neighborhood and unlocks the true potential of this area."

The condominiums are over 90 percent sold, with a limited collection of two- and three-bedroom residences remaining, priced from $1.3 million to over $4 million. Each residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive terraces, and designer finishes oriented around the property's water views.

The amenity program is extensive. The community offers a one-acre outdoor amenity deck, a resort-style pool, a rooftop lap pool, a wellness plaza, a putting green, club and event rooms, a theater, billiards, bowling, an off-leash dog run, guest suites, and private beach club access.

Ground-floor dining anchors the public experience. SeaHawk Prime by David Burke marks acclaimed celebrity chef David Burke's first Florida restaurant — a modern American concept with waterfront views and indoor and outdoor seating. The Birdie Dockside Bar and Grill adds an elevated American grill option with high-tech sports suite simulators, waterfront views, and a private event space.

"Nautilus 220 reflects the continued momentum we're seeing across Palm Beach County as more people discover the lifestyle, energy and opportunity the area offers," said Dan Kodsi, Founder and CEO of Royal Palm Companies. "We're proud to introduce a new level of residential and hospitality experience to Lake Park."

The team behind the project runs deep. Kast Construction served as general contractor, with McNamara Salvia as structural engineer and RGD Consulting Engineers handling MEP. The Owner's Rep is Zabik & Associates. Architecture comes from R+N Architecture, interior design from Interiors by Steven G. Inc., planning and landscape architecture from Insite Studios, and virtual design and renderings from VS Studios. Sales and marketing are managed by Oculus Realty.

With Nautilus 220 now officially open, Lake Park gains a defining new waterfront anchor — a 1.15-million-square-foot mixed-use destination that brings David Burke's first Florida restaurant, two towers of waterfront residences, and a full hospitality and amenity program to a corner of Palm Beach County quietly building real momentum.
